  In 2003, we introduced the concept of “competitive advantage management”, so as to achieve the efficiency, service, entrepreneurship and make them as the focus of work.
    Entrepreneurship--- Entrepreneurship is the constant impetus and the basis for the company’s development. No entrepreneurship, no competitiveness. It is the improvement of people’s knowledge in the laws of recognizing the development of everything, not the subjunctive idealism. At the real world, entrepreneurship needs compensation. We allow mistakes in the process of entrepreneurship, but we request that once one makes mistakes, he or she initiates to bear responsiveness. Thus, we can constantly achieve improvement.
     Efficiency--- If a company wants to gain development and development in workforce, it must focus on the efficiency for its effect on the survival of a company. Operating the efficient work index is not only the constant requirement for a company, but also the requirement for the qualification of every employee. 
    Service ---In the 21st century, service has become the indication of company development and competitiveness in today’s enterprises. So, we should deepen idea of service inside company. The person in different departments all deal with things with the sense of cooperating for service, making life and work environment change fundamentally.
    
Besides a company has clear development direction, scientific and serious management method, it needs the cooperation of every employee. Thus our company has three requirements for every employee:
   
The first Realizing risk, hardship and development
   
The biggest risk is no risk. He that lives in court dies upon straw. Some enterprises suffer the process from strong to weak, at last disappear. Although different enterprises have different reasons for their failures, but they have one point in common, that is, lacking the sense of risk, hardship, not having enough realization of risk and getting ready, thus leading failure.
   
This is true for a company; meanwhile it is the same with every employee. If she or he does not realize its disadvantage, lacks the sense of risk, and does not improve their qualities and competitiveness, she or he can not stand long in a position.
   
The second As for work, the employee should require themselves to consider efficiency, effectiveness and results
   
Before achieving an aim, a goal, we must make correct things and do things correctly. Making correct things means making constant achievable objects at different stages. Doing things correctly means the ways of doing things, through which way and how much effort to achieve the objects. This guarantees the achievement of objects. Besides, during this process, it should pursue exactness.
   
Efficiency is the key factor in the competitiveness of company. Despite how strong a company or a person is, if they do not consider efficiency, they will not seize opportunities.
   
Results are the most important index for work performance. If we do things and can not gain anything, however meaningful the process is, we feel it is unworthy. This is like burning water, when burning it to 90 centigrade, and stopping burning, it is useless, for it is no improvement in quality, but accumulated quantity is useless too.
   
The third The employee should be loyal to his enterprise and has a serious attitude to his work and the sense of fairness.
   
As an employee of a company, we should bear high identification and the sense of belonging in the corporate culture, corporate values and operation ideas, and have high responsiveness for his work. As for the success, failures, advantage and disadvantage, we should have a fair and just attitude. A company is a tightly cooperative team. So we have the same objects and wish, which needs our efforts, cares.
   
As a specialized import and export company, through introducing the competitive advantage management, three requirements for employees, we try to form our corporate core competitiveness from the aspects of industry structure, network, HR; and on the basis of competitive advantage management and three requirements, expand the management style and management principle, namely, ten management principles as following:

In order to intensify the cooperation among different departments, and form team spirits, our company has new requirements for the whole objects:
   
Our operating goal is creating the higher level of customer satisfaction (120%)
    
Our management goal is creating the higher level of work satisfaction for employees (120%)
   
Our faith: two lines follow one line; every line serve customer better. Our work operates around company’s whole objects.
    
We take creating high customer satisfaction as the operating goal, creating the higher level of work satisfaction for employees as the management goal, and “two lines follow one line; every line serve customer better” value chain, so as to realize the corporate development and competitive advantage.
